A 1968 concept album, about "people who work monotonously during the week and then try to enjoy themselves at weekends", created by David Montague and Guy Mascolo, 'The Five Day Week Straw People' receives a long overdue re-mastering from the original tapes, and is augmented by two further character songs from writing sessions in the same year.
